Entrepreneur

When I think of an Entrepreneur, I think of someone who has started their own business. This takes a lot of risks, faith, and fear. I learned from my courses this week that self-confidence is needed even to consider being an Entrepreneur. I don’t know if confidence or naivete I have created a few businesses, some very successful that I have since sold. Others were moderately successful and have ultimately not been worth continuing. Most of these, I started out of naivete and a whim. That probably helped me to jump into it without much fear and moderate faith. If I knew then what I know now, I probably would have hesitated to the point of not doing it because it is a LOT of work. Blood, sweat, and tears may be cliché, but it is the most accurate I could think of. I didn’t know what I didn’t know.
